I think the collosal needs some more scaling. The collosal is just above the walls and the female titan is pretty much the same height as the attack titan. And in the anime, the attack titan is just as tall as the collosal titan's foot, in this mod the female titan is up to the collosals torso.

According to my calculations the colossal titan is 60 meters tall but in this the trees seem to be around 30 meters tall and the colossal titan is a bit shorter about 5-10 meters shorter than the trees so it means in Minecraft he is 20-25 meters tall which is 35-40 meters shorter than the colossal titan.
