Miyabi might actually rerun with yuzuha because yuzuha is an anomaly support. They’d rerun miyabi and yanagi with her to push incentive for yuzuha which is said to be boosting anomalies more or just as good as Astra and may be a good replacement/substitute for Astra if you’re skipping her.
