Imbalance state just basically mean stun period as well as other anomaly status. But stun period is the most consistent non-stop continous imbalance state. You can have multiple anomalies during the stun period, thus it refer to imbalance state rather than just stun period.😅 It is also up to developer whether they want to include Vivian's "poison" as part of imbalance state.
