dead rails has a good, simple aesthetic, and barely any gamepasses, it's like a game you'd see around 2019-2021

One cool idea I've had for a derivative of one of these games is a cyberpunk style "railslike" Setting could include subways filled with tech enhanced zombies, buildings raided by criminals, sections of the city suspended high above the ground Plus it gives you a lot more in the way of possible enemy variety

In dead river the “mauser” is the German Luger pistol that was used during ww2 opposed to a the Mauser witch was used during ww1
