Holy s*** Andy, you totally nailed it. As a single guy and at the gym goer I see this kind of behavior everywhere. The pajamas, the countless selfies with ignorant backgrounds, people talking on speakerphone in public, no pride or self-awareness. I've gotten to a point, especially after 2020 where I can't keep my mouth shut when I see dumb s*** like that. It's amazing how I changed my standards a few years ago and the results have been so much better in all aspects of life. There's a certain magic there 35:32

Andy, I own a sales and marketing company that does seven figures in revenue a year. I always talk about “calling your shot” and it’s a known thing that when I hit the field with my reps, I can say and visualize when they’re going to make a sale and about 90% of the time I am right and they think it’s CRAZY. 5 years ago I got out of prison and lived with my dad. I said and obsessed on the fact that I would be a successful business owner, father, and husband. 5 years later I’m a father of two, husband, and own a seven figure business. I have always felt I have the same power of making things I think about come true. IT IS REAL. Love the show.

@andy: As a young man who had grandparents that lived in Holland during the German occupation and survived almost entirely because of US troops liberating them. All I can ever say is thank you for your family. I’m also so sorry that you never got to know your grandpa. I’ll never forget the people who gave my grandparents a chance at a better life.

Totally agree, don’t need a shrink. You just have to look after your mind, body and soul. 75 Hard helps you get that. It sure changed my life around, lost 80 pounds and got a great promotion at work.
