I'd really like to learn but at the moment all i have for equipment is my phone and a pair of Nintendo switch headphones
people also are scared of putting effort into something, losing interest when its "too hard". lower them expectations you cant get a professional within days weeks or sometimes even years - im in for about 2 months and i think i barely scratched the surface of "music" it will take lot of patience effort sweat and blood but it will be worth it at some point have a good time on your journey fellas
Start with a music course is my best advice.I took Kygos and it really helped me getting started
This is so inspiring, the best way to get good at a thing is to do a thing. Been learning guitar for 9 years and piano for 5 years, most of the way I got to my intermediate/advanced skill level was purely from practise and experience. I did take lessons on guitar for a while but piano was self taught, searched up a bit of theory, learnt my basic triads and scales and it’s safe to say I’ve improved since then through practice
Hard work beats talent.
1. Learn the basis of music theory 2. Learn the core elements of your genere 3. Develope a unique idea about your indentity as an artist - what do you want to say with your music 4. Instal a DAW (FL, Logic, Reason...) 5. Play around with VSTs, effects, sampling and chord progressions 6. Learn mixing and mastering 7. Create your own unique style while respecting the norms of the genere 8. Learn about marketing, distribution and social media 9. Release your music 10. Make more music There, I fixed it for you.
Best way to start…start
Dont forget to enjoy the process and have fun while you are making music
Great motivational short! Saying from a creativity block moment
No my question is actually: HOW TF AM I GONNA START IF I DONT KNOW WHICH SOFTWARE I HAVE TO USE AND HOW TO ACTUALLY LEARN MAKING BEATS, and not if i had to start or not.
I start composing flim scores on fl studio and continue to study music production & audio engineering consistently it’s nothing but science
I started with a copy of Studio One, a cheap microphone, and no tutorials. Took SO FRIGGEN LONG to figure it out, but it's worth it.
i hear you bro i just want to be one of the best
Okay thanks. How
Bro I’m starting wit BandLab frfr😂
Thank you.
Js wondering is my song good? I'm looking for a far wider audience that will appreciate my abstract and experimental music.😊
my problem is that i do try already, but i just cant make anything at all out of thin air that i can build on, and neither can i find any tutorials on the general idea of how to make a song (melodies, bass, beat, etc)
Yooo this just motivated the hell out of me!!
