Let’s be honest, squillam buying the krusty kebab is a pretty good episode idea! Imagine SpongeBob getting sick of it and having to convince squidward to get back on the job after quitting due to squillam being the boss. It also feels like something squillam would do, just to mess with squidward. Plus the krusty krab has been bought/renamed many times! Remember krabby-o’-Mondays? And when pearl took over? It is a really good idea for an episode.

Squidward and Spongebob are my favorite characters Squidward is my favorite bc he makes me Laugh so much and bc I feel bad for many episodes he hardly gets happiness. And Spongebob my favorite bc he is during my childhood years and bc he's got great talent even If he causes trouble

If Squidward was never born the krusty krab closes when Jim quits. As Krabs cant run it alone remember that Squidward actually played an important role as before SpongeBob he was the one willing to stay at the krusty krab at all.. with people repeatedly quiting i imagine the krusty krab would have closed long before help wanted

While I may not have liked Squidward due to how the writers flanderized his character traits in seasons 4 to 8, I actually enjoyed his portrayal in the earlier episodes in seasons 1 to 3 and in seasons 9 to 12.
