I woke up to this, couldn't ask for a better vid
level 8 aint bad ;)
Imagine needing to use your disgusting flesh to execute actions on a machine, just digitalise yourself and start modeling at 4GHz
THIS IS WHAT IT MEANS TO GO EVEN FURTHER BEYOND
I still fail to memorize the source code. In all honesty though: I never thought I´d have so much fun with educational videos as I had the last weeks with Blender tutorials. This is a great yt community of very clever and talented people. I wonder whether they actually find time to produce anything other than their yt-videos? On the other hand: youtuber (and an educational one at that) is a real job right now so I guess it´s like with the teachers: a math teacher is not a mathematician at all but in the best case he incites the passion for math in his students and so makes new mathematicians! Thanks for sharing the passion man!
Ah yes, the level 12 insert text here
lvl.14 - Recreating the whole blender from scratch using usb steering wheel any% speedrun
I started from scratch so many times, I hold the speedrun record in the category "delete cube/camera/light, 100%, no selectall".
Not gonna lie, this video sounds like a blend between your typical vids and something like a Casually Explained or You Suck At Producing video And it works
I don’t even use this program, but I’m fully invested in watching this video
Great work. Make sure to get some sleep though you posted this a little past midnight. You disserve rest my dude.
5:36 level 10 blendah GUwU . Great stuff
Slowed down the video to not miss level 12 and entered the text "Jayanam"
One of my favorite addons for people wanting to streamline their workflow is machinetools. It's free and adds a ton of pie menus, plus some tools for edit mode which save you lifting your right hand or moving your left hand far across the keyboard. It is free and is perfect if you like doing polygonal modeling like hard surface or low poly, and if you have a mouse with multiple buttons on it then it's perfect as you can bind all the pie menus to those buttons and be like general grievous with his lightsabres. It's also completely customisable so you could literally just disable every tool except something like the focus tool (which is like focus camera on object, local view and hides the mirror modifier by pressing f on something in object mode). I'd probably butcher the explanation of each feature but on the official YouTube channel there's a 40 minute tutorial that describes every feature and how to access it.
5:34 alright but did you know you can advance frames individually by pressing . on youtube
Those first 2 seconds are extremely accurate
Been using blender for almost 13 years and didn't know about using home key to focus on all objects....Thanks!
Best. Blender. Video.. . . Ever.
for navigation, try using shift+b and box select to an object you want to focus on. It made my navigation very concise and fast
