Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: bit.ly/MMASurgeEp1
In this video, Mahalo computer expert Sean Hewitt shows you how to run a virus scan on your computer.

Locating the Virus
---------------------------------------------------------------------

If you're troubleshooting why your computer is running slowly, one step is to determine if you have any viruses or spyware on your computer. In general, this is a three-part process involving locating the harmful program and deciding that it is a virus.1. Check the ProcessesPress Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open your computer's process monitor. It will show you all of the applications currently running. Examine these applications closely. If you see any that are unrecognizable or using large amounts of memory, take note of the name and research it online. Online search engine results should help you determine whether the program is harmful or not. 2. Full System ScanUse an antivirus program to do a full system scan of your computer. Antivirus programs will be able to find viruses or spyware that you may have picked up.If a full system scan does not locate a virus but you still found one after checking the processes, you may need to download a new antivirus program. Sean suggests using a free antivirus program such as AVG, Microsoft Security Essentials, Panda Cloud, Avast or Ad-Aware. However, be careful not to download anything from a fake antivirus website.3. Check OnlineIf your process search and full system scan have located a harmful program, an internet search should be able to find a list of ways to remove it from your system. Some websites, such as KasperSky Lab, even have removal tools you can use on specific viruses.
