Build a Deck Only from a $1000 Booster Box to Battle

Me and My Friend Cale (‪@Triceppps‬ ) have to build a Competitive Pokemon deck only with cards we pull from a booster box. This time around, we got to visit the past by opening booster boxes from when we started playing the Pokemon TCG. What should we do next?
