Star Trek Online - Ba'ul Antiproton Beam Array weapons.

Please excuse the sound cutting out issues, I'm working on it.
Just experimenting on the tribble server with the Ba'ul Antiproton Beam Arays.
I don't really have dedicated AP consoles right now, so it's a bit of a mixed bag
Difficulty was on Normal
I'm lacking the Ba'ul console that boosts the refracting effect, as that's in the Lobi store.
