Lebanese Pickled Turnips •
The BEST pickle.
Recipe
Peel and cut 2 turnips for every beetroot
Add corse salt to turnips and let sit for 3h
Rinse
Layer in glass containers with beets
Fill up with half redwine vinegar and half water
Let it sit overnight
