My fingers have been hurting recently, so I was going to buy a dough mixer in a hurry,
but thanks to this recipe, I can learn more and order it leisurely. 🥰

This recipe is really good for those who want to make simple and rough bread... (It's not a pretty bread.)

used a bigger oven, so he made more dough
I adjusted it because my oven is small.
We like the T55 texture, so we made it with strong flour and T55. You can also use 100% strong flour.

Strong flour 300g
Water 230g
Salt 4g
Yeast 1-2g

Baking temperature 200 degrees
Baking time 20 minutes
