Star Trek Online Rainbow Beams! (Kinda)

Boredom set in so I hopped on the test server, claimed all the beam weapons from the various reputation systems, upgraded to epic, full CrtD/Dm
Re-engineered the isomags to beam damage from Disruptor.
Ran the Wanted patrol on normal difficulty, just to see how it looked.
Two consoles for some reason were in 100+ second cool down, not sure why.
